Good lab for blood tests?

I need to have liver, gallbladder, and kidney function blood tests done quarterly.  I do not need to go see a doctor for this.

Are there any good clinics that will take blood and give results in Pattaya or Jomtien?

I prefer somewhere with professional nurses or a phlebotomist.

For standard blood/urine tests without interpretation by a doctor I would go here:

If I wanted interpretation by a doctor, or other common tests/services, then I would go to a hospital and take one of their "wellness" packages. My personal preference is for Phyathai in Si Racha, where I go every year and get a full package including an abdominal ultrasound for around 4000B, which is less than the normal cost of the ultrasound alone.

They have different promotions every month but they also have several standard packages every day.
