Electrician that can do LAN Cabling in Chon Buri

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hi Community,

I am looking for an electrician that can come to our venue in Chonburi area (preferably an electrician from around there and not from Bangkok) that can come and make our LAN Cabling / Setup from the Router to various other Rooms (probably some drilling and a ladder required). If anyone has a contact with an English speaking Company or Individual that can perform such services would be greatly appreciated, Thank you

Ethernet cabling has an advantage in that it can be done by just about anyone. Any electrician or suchlike can drill any necessary holes, and the cable itself and the wall sockets are entirely colour-coded, making connection errors more or less impossible. It isn't really any more complex than running a phone extension.

Nearly all wall sockets will be of the click or push type that do not require a special tool apart from the one supplied.

For neatness you may want to consider using electrical trunking, in which case you would buy suitable sockets to fit the trunking, and these will all be colour-coded also.

Thanks for the information. Yes, I know it's not a very complicated task, however, I need someone that is equipped with a ladder, drills and can pull the cables from the Router to the various rooms (approx. total 100-150 meters). If anyone has a number of an English speaking Electrician in greater Chonburi area that can perform such a task would be greatly appreciated, thank you

There are a few companies that could do the work located in the 2 Pattaya Tuckcom buildings

(1) South Pattaya road and  (2) Harbor Mall central road, look for the shops selling CCTV stuff.

A "normal" electrician may do an ok job...but....

to wire it properly they have to follow one of the 2  schemes

and would be good if they had a testing device too...
