Now it is starting to unravel and take solid foot. Not just this, but the 20yr Junta stronghold. Also today was rubber, and with this the NACC, and then next and then next as each sector is ordered to instate their piece of the Junta pie.

Would be interesting to know how much the budget is they received for their Master Plan, and how much will be left of it by August 2019.

The only real way this could work is if the penalties for corruption were tripled for those who are entrusted to serve the Thai people up to and including life with no parole. Otherwise nominal jail time is just the cost of doing business for some.

They just love to talk don't they. Nothing changes they release a paper or a press conference and pressto it is al good problem solved. Paper work stamping and signing is the answer here isn't it.
