Popular Post Jingthing
He needs to go. Because he was very racist as an adult and frankly for the sake of the credibility of the democratic party as we head into the radically consequential 2020 elections. The "trump" brand is racist and white nationalist. The democrats are the party of diversity. Lets not muddy the waters. In a different year, if he did that stuff as a boy, it could be different. But it's not. I'm not a Virginian but doesn't seem that big of a loss except for him personally. This reminds me of the Franken affair about me too rather than racism. He took one for the party but in his case I think his offenses were much more trivial than this kkk stunt. Now he was a big loss and personally I think he should have stayed. But this governor he should go. Sent from my Lenovo A7020a48 using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app 2
Popular Post JHolmesJr
The worst allegations Ive heard about Donald trump (none proven till date) pale into insignificance compared to the filthy soul of this democrat racist poster boy. Im enjoying seeing CNN and all other Dem mouthpiece media squirm as they have to turn the heat on this guy, or be risk being exposed as double standard frauds. 3 1

Is he pro-abortion or is there something a little more sinister? A photo in '84 shouldn't alone be a hanging offence but should have been declared/picked up during routine vetting & he would be perfectly ok if it later entered public domain. Just my 2p “If a mother is in labor…the infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and mother,” Yes, something a lot more sinister Edited February 3, 2019 by Kelsall 1

Here's where I agree "obviously not being truthful regaging his memory of the events ... to get him out of office". Yes sir, I certainly agree. This should apply to ALL politicians, right up to the leader. I cant remember what I did last week let alone 35 years. The man is an idiot for what he did but we all make mistakes in life. The witch hunt is totally out of proportion for what he did. He should apologise and move on.

I'm assuming you're a Brit and don't get it. Blackface AND the KKK. Even back then. Just as bad as it is now. That's nuclear level racism and the man was well into adulthood. It doesn't matter if he wore either of the costumes. He clearly approved it to be published with his yearbook section. Also he clearly knew about it and decided to just hope it never surfaced while pursuing a political career. That doesn't show the character of a good leader. I realize the current U.S. president has the lowest character of any president ever, but the idea now is turn in a direction where character matters again for high level office holders. If were accused of being in a photo dressed in a KKK outfit or wearing ‘Black Face’, I would not have to look at the photo to know it wasn’t me. It’s not the kind of thing anyone with a functioning memory forgets.

Stargeezr
So what this guy did in the 80s is worse than the lying Trump who barely tells the truth, except when he has to. Plus the p*ssy grabbing brag and other disgusting stuff. In the 80s many people did or said racist things, like the N, C, F, S, J, Ch, words that were common. I seen many KKK, and black face costumes at Halloween in Canada, USA, and Europe back then, Geeze! do you not remember those days? Geezer

And now you get offended when some guy who did likewise gets to answer for his behaviour.
Popular Post Kelsall
The Dem leaders want Northam to resign before Trump's SOTU. With Northam still in office, he and the Dem leaders are fair game for Trump, not only on the racism issue, but on the more sinister issue as well. Expect Trump to mention both at the SOTU. Right now Pelosi, Biden, Clinton and gang are scrambling for damage control. It's not going to be pretty. 1 1

They're actually calling for him to resign. Just like Trump called for Roy Moore not to run for Senate. Oh wait... 2 4

TopDeadSenter
This story seems totally overblown. Many people dress up in fancy dress purely for fun without any sinister intent. Even the beloved Prince Harry has been known to dress up as a Nazi in full military regalia and nobody would suggest the liberal prince is actually one. Now internet users have dragged up the good Senators yearbook from 1981 Virginia Military Instutute where he calls himself "Coonman" and again the internet melts down. I mean, come on, he could have had a pet racoon or something? https://archive.org/details/bomb1981virg/page/90 I have to say what Elizabeth Warren did was far more offensive and racist. 2 2
