funny, when you see the old films, every single one is smoking including the ladies, i have an Indian film channel and every time an actor/actress is filmed smoking, a sign flashes up, SMOKING KILLS , lol

Nothing New here - sale of both alcohol and cigarettes is legal, BUT it's regulated where and when to drink and where to smoke which have been for years.

 

The last years the regulations has become stricter - for cigarettes through decreased smoking zones and for alcohol trough less availability around the clock.

 

What is New is that you are no longer permitted to smoke in Your own home, but You can still drink alcohol in Your own home - as long as it last … 

 

If and when you no longer can smoke nor drink at all it should be banned to sell …

 

Fortunately it has not gone so far - not yet, but it is well on it's way ...

There are rather overkill regulations and reality waivers that kills ...
