I've seen quite a few Ferraris,Lamborghini,Porsche and lesser (priced) Mercedes, BMW and Ford mustangs

so some rich people do visit Pattaya...I'd guess they are mostly Thai from BKK though not foreign jet-setters ??

Correct so do visit in their fancy cars.

But Pattaya certainly does not cater for the super rich, lack of high end restaurants / zero high end clubs / no intl airport etc.
