A Thai man who raped a woman returned to her room to assault her again. But she was not there so he took her 15 year old younger sister instead.

He then brutally raped her in some undergrowth in the Rama 2 area.

He then went on the run after the victim went to police.

Finally Ekkarat "Arm" Bunteng, 20, was in custody on Monday after a raid on a room at Charoensuk Apartment in Ekachai Soi 76.

Daily News reported that on September 27th last Ekkarat had gone to an apartment to meet a woman who he had earlier raped. She had not reported the incident.

Finding her not there he tricked her younger sister, aged just 15, into going with him. He tried to persuade her to take sexy pictures with his near a car care lot by a department store in the Rama 2 area but they were disturbed.

He then took her to waste ground in Soi Khunnakorn Mansion two kilometers away where he raped the teen.

He took her home and warned her not to report the incident.

But she went to Tha Kham police who then found out about the previous rape.

A warrant was issued by the Thanyaburi court as Ekkarat went into hiding staying in a variety of places before his arrest Monday.

He had previously served one year in prison and has had a string of offences including theft, handling stolen goods and gun crime.

It's a shame that the Thai jails are not like the Latin American ones as if the cons already inside got wind of his crimes he would (deservedly) suffer the most agonizing and brutal death at their hands.

It would be interesting to know when he is convicted, just so we can be sure the punishment will fit the crime as it rarely seems to here

You mean accommodation of the lust in the many very long term prisoners to enter any hole mouth and rear in other male prisoners, usually much younger, and often, and let it be the most violent prisoners who do it.

how much i hate those statements.

so if somebody raped somebody, he deserves a brutal death in jail by inmates stabbing and torturing him?

ok, go ahead and tell me punishments for those drug addicts who make a robbery to grandmas house to steal 250$ and she died via heartattack. also i need to know the punishment for those who killed somebody accidentally and also those who killed somebody, motivated by love-drama.

last but not least: the drugdealer who punched the cocain to a dirty degree and a few customers died.

i'm willing to listen to your idea of the law system.

There are times when I sometimes wish that the judicial system had punishments that justly fitted the crime and this is one of them. Banging him up in prison doesn't seem remotely harsh enough. Options of the type used in the Spanish Inquisition, involving serious pain might be more appropriate for such a low life scumbag.

the judical system sometimes isn't there to punish people, but simply to protect society from them. certain crimes can't be equalized with any punishment (death penalty ain't punishments at all). torture is against any human right and unacceptable.

= no  more crime will be committed by said  person though, and hes  got  so  much previous theres 0% chance he'll change

in law, there is always a chance to change.

and let's not forget: innocent unless guilty.  seriously. there been cases where stuff like this had been made up. it's rare but it happened/

You right about that

But sometimes scumbags as him should been punished with very long time in prison

He will probably get 2-4 years and will come out with alot of anger and frustration and probably start rapping again
