Jomtien are growing, the have start construction of a new hospital in jomtien "jomtien hospital". location is close to lotus shopping center on sukumvit road. good for jomtien. 

 

In second road jomtien the have also start to making something on a very big land, it not look like condo. Someone now what the are making, it could look like new shopping area. 

Really? is there a big enough vacant plot near Tesco for a hospital. I thought any hospital might go on the plot currently occupied by the Rhompo bars (whose lease expires on 1.4.19).

For the last few weeks they have been intensively clearing the very large plot near the corner of Soi 5 and the various View Talay Residences. It was once intended to be the site of Ocean 1 Tower https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocean_1_Tower but apart from the cost of the land it would seem to be a pretty good place for either a hospital or a supermarket/mall, or even both.

If it will be anything like Pattaya city hospital then nothing much to gloat about .

I think the OP is about the expansion of the Pattaya-Bangkok Hospital clinic being turned into a 200 bed hospital. It is called Jomtien Hospital but is really on the Darkside of Suk.

Her will jomtien hospital come, the have start the work.

I remember reading that Rhompo was actually owned by a company that owns/builds/runs hospitals so it would be fitting for that area to become a hospital as it seems to be in need of treatment as a bar area.

FYI the second photo is of the land infront of "The Park (Jomtien Beach) - Condominium" leading down to Jomtien Soi Song. I dont know how youve come to the conclusion that it doesnt look like a Condominium development, infact it doesnt realy look like anything much @ the moment - Fact: This area will be developed into the Copacabana Golf" Condominium which will be constructed after the "Copacabana Beach" Condominium a little further down Soi Song on the other side of the road towards Jomtien Beach road.
