Australian NSW State Election 2019 how to avoid fine for not voting

If you have not voted in the NSW election this weekend and want to avoid the fine just fill the attached form out scan and upload it to the AEC website as explained on the form. Make sure the scan is less than 4mb. I sent this form of during the 2016 election and never received a fine.
