After living in the Arabian Gulf region for 14 years, I am surprised this 45 year old Omani man could defend himself without using a knife, dagger, or gun. - He was well trained in boxing.

Yep, Omanis can't usually fight their way out of a paper bag. Sad reflection on Thai fighting prowess. Now we know why they have to stack the odds in their favour.

 

Having said that, Omanis seem a bit handier than the inhabitants of some of the othe Gulf States.
