The majority of South American nations and the vast majority of Venezuelans want Maduro out but they also don't want a full scale war or an American invasion. Americans don't want that either. I could solve the whole issue in a week. Make a 4 sided access to the oil (US, China, Russia and India) On the condition that a percentage of the profit filters down to all citizens.
