I also don't think we've had as many "matching" players before! If I hadn't had traded Roughy, half our team would've been the same!

Best of luck old mate...

We were thinking alike.....

Hey Joboss, you have a green player [mccluggage] on the bench and a couple of doubtfuls on field. Might want to have a quick look. Then again i may have misunderstood things here. Got three doubtful starters myself, but they cannot be shifted atm. GL/

Radar. Carlton Essendon games are always 50/50 cut throat games. The negligible form out gets thrown. I look forward to these especially,  remembering the horror,  the two slowest players in the '99 AFL taking each other on, Fraser Brown and Dean Wallis ....  and Fraser being a smidgen faster. Gave the kangas a flag. Regardless, hope for a good spectacle.

A few tricky games this week punters!

Its obvious JO has caught the dreaded Dockers Flu the free loader goes to all there games free of charge, we also know his daughter or mrs or someone he's involved with is studying Law at a good uni called Melbourne university, never lets me know when his coming....ho and the cheap charlie wears copy Ray Bans, my dog choo wears the real deal.....His fantasy playing is like his tipping.....

Mate i was on the ball last night......i traded that under performing North player out and brought in a cheap Swans defender who's doing ok....Also a Saints mid got the bullet with a rocket and a hot to trott Port mid came in in his place....i was looking seriously at this kid 2 weeks before the start of the season....

Hogan goes to the bench (because he will be back next week) and my man S Weids takes his place...moved Boyd from the forward line who hasn't continued on from the GF to the ruck bench moved a hot Nankervis to the forward line and brought in a North rookie who's hotter than a B52 bombing raid over Bagdad to the starting line up as a ruckman.... dont know what your looking as my line up changes were made around midnight last night...thats when we ware wolves do out best work you know.....

My dog's pic is somewhere in here if you want to trawl back...i learned long go to move my pics from my pc to an external hard drive then back them up to another external hard drive....but now the proud owner of a APPLE computer that never breaks down, always works, never gets viruses...ho heaven i have found you....wops... i almost forgot to say...the pic is no longer on my hard drive....but wait...it might be..will search later i do have a folder here on this pc (an APPLE) of my puppy.....

The mut can wait.

Hate to say it but i be be stuck with chooks whipping boy. He needs to get the pill and use it otherwise early trade. Have also learned i have too many unproductive dollars forward, and not a wide enough spread. Ie no melbourne players, which, for the first time in my life is hurting. A few other low cost enterprises from other desultory teams might also help my cause. THis experience might even temper my outlook, craft a better person, a 'Tim' with tolerance extending to footballing foes as I become informed across non biased platforms.

THen again it may not change me at all. And i will do a Joboss.

The dog was banter, proteus. And not wallowing, just reflecting.

Speaking of cats and muts, you might be in trouble this weekend. Purring are cats as you have so favored in some selections, and may  make Hogan and Lewis account for poor discipline when needed.

THanks Ron.

I am up with those setting issues and tweaking notifications et al. Even posted in the feedback thread some time back. There was a period when TV tech were changing stuff and every time you posted in a new thread ~ forum,  it sent you updates. Anew post you got updates. Maddening. I hit 1200 unopened emails [inbox] and could not via windows 10 and hotmail bulk delete [a dose of schadenfreude for our local fruiting techwise punter].

Bulk deletions still an issue on hotmail for some reason and must tediously attend to each. This is not unique to me it appears/

But your care, Ron,  is noted!!

Go bombers!!

Were a new breed with new coach so anything is possible...lot of faces that havent played much, can go either way.....not enough experience or the Pussy Cats wont know how to deal with them....the Dee's been playing well with a half decent game plan, Cats should have cleaned up last week and they didn't, the game's at the Docklands were we razza matazzed the Saints very recently...

I as a serious tipster with no sentiments shown have gone for the Cats for the pure fact that they have the experience where it counts, secretly would like to win this one as we will be taking hits eventually, we have done the Cats in recent memory and at pussy land...there not exactly flying high as of yet but alas.....even though Lewis is 2 games into his Demon career and Hogan 3rd senior season these two guys are 200 plus fantasy points and there for a big loss to us....Vince is in of course and they have picked him on a wing...I would think he will take over Lewis's roll of centre general, he's way to valuable and creative to be playing in defence anyway, Weid's...my Willie playing mate didn't think to highly of him though the Dee's do and lets not forget he's grand dad was captain off the beat them up pies of 1958 team, still in need of more bulking up its his chance to cement a place in the team....3rd straight game today, today playing full forward, totally different style of player to Hogan and yet to be truly effective averaging 40 points per game with a game high of 54 yet only worth 180,000...a cheap interchange that has the potential to double in value by seasons end and that dear optus is what we are trying to do....carry a number of cheap players that hopefully will increase in value...then in the business end of the season trade a few of them out and bring in a BIG GUN for the run home to the finals.....

And Mr OPTUS....if you check my "new defender" that i traded in rather than elevate Ottens from emergency who happens to be worth more you will notice a score of said new defender equals to a player of 3 times his value.....very astute coaching indeed i think....hehehe....

1st quarter fantasy.....

JoBlow against OPTUS...jo cleaned himself up....giving you a bit of stick there fella thought with 3 out wont have the guns to get over the line...

Game of the round...Me and Grant....2 points in it....very evenly matched and its goal for goal....

Chooks against Gaz...Gaz continues on his merry way...living by the pool in outer BKK affords the gentleman mucho time to "get it right"

Rip and Fj.... Rips smarting from last week is out of the box like a JACK...almost 1/3 of last weeks score already.....Fj the silent one has mucho in back up...and i noticed you took Clayton Oliver as one of your mids....very good son was cheap in the low 400,000's when i grabbed him and averaging around 130 points per game.....

Last nights game.....well i would have thought the Swans would have rolled the Pies even till late in the last quarter i was thinking that, Franklin had one of his dark day/nights not much went right for him, for me the match winner was Vardie....really didn't do much but what he did was all experience and at the very right time it needed to be done...the goal i think in the second quarter...and particular in the last quarter...telling touches that killed off Swans froward thrusts....

Shake out round 3.....the brothers are not coping well.....

Tipping @ half time.....were all on the same ride... Gaz lazing by the pool has taken a tumble...didnt even pick is own team...shame on you....CHOOKS.....is so strong...holding up the ladder....did you know fella you can pick up a sim card at the airport on arrival? If by some chance your somewhere else Vodaphone have very good phone plans and for $5 a day you can connect anywhere there is internet.....got me out of trouble a few times while in BKK....

WILL the magnificent.....sneaky.....4 behind me...we know your game...you make a charge from around mid year....suck everyone in like your not even close woof....there you are.....though this year WCE will stump you...you live on the back of there success.....lol..

Half time FANTASY.....

JoBlow vs BKK Bombers....just 2 points in it but jo is almost out of fuel....Optus your so lucky with who you got to play the first 2 week...

BLUEsteel Dee's vs GrannysApples...245 points I'm up but grants got at least 250 in the tank still to play i may have 100.....very close, i just may pull it off but in no way would i call it....to close to call....may come down to emergencys.....

Chiangmai Saints vs DikyDots....Gaz its out by 135 points...with 2 big point scores still in the system...low scoring affair expect Gaz to fall over the line reasonably comfortable ....

Rips Swans vs FarmerJo's Flyers....1714 to 1697....nothing in it and as predicted Fj would be a sneaky pete....3 player each have left to play...

working on average of players left...Rip has 255 in the tank...Fj has..249....looks like it comes down to emergencies if needed....to close to call.....

Bulldogs take a tumble way out west....the Dees won everywhere but on the score board...at least they wont take the Dockers lightly one hopes...The Crows keep flying high...record crowd in Adelaide off 53,000....to view the derby says a lot about moving the Grand Final fellas....

FJ still has his captain to play. A big advantage

Got back home from the Dockers V Dogs game at Subi somehow,,

Marty, Ken and I thought it was going to be a blowout so hit the Subi bar for some liquid anaesthetic to soften the blow before the game , had the standard one drink per quarter during the game,, our smiles getting wider and our voices getting hoarser ,, (the umpires got some advice) and then the after game celebrations matched the pre game drinks plus some.

Great day at the footy.

We have a convert. :burp:

We are the navy blues ...the song sang

A terrible day weather wise but good to be reminded of our youth and winter sports in melbourne. For all the rain, there still was no mud. Drainage incredible. I was moving bucket up and down the hallway. These footballer were unmasked by the wet weather skills. Have none and been lost. More like a game of A league.

However, congratulation must be issued to Carlton who just just handle it better all day.

This weeks winner in Radar501 with 6/9. Looks like Radar picked Carlton and Chook picked the other upset being Gold Coast.

Overall leader is Alex on 18 (lowest margin) from Bigwazz on 18.

Will done Radar501.

Yep

Well done Radar501 in getting 6 in a tough round.
