Put someone on ignore but still there ???

I have someone on ignore ( the only person, says something) but they are still there ?? So how about correction that

Posts selected? I chose all. I just checked and "brokenbone" is still showing?

Indeed seems to be so??? Now why would that be ??.

I just checked again ??. 

Now im going to report my post above and see if that does it ??
