Looks like a gang of thieves actually on the prowl.  Several of them just hanging around looking to see what somebody might leave behind.  Kind of like I see at the local casino a lot.  The same group of people roaming around, looking to see if anybody left credits on the machine, or an Iphone laying around or anything else.  Disgusting worst kind of people just looking to prey on the weak.

the day before was Thai lady taking advantage of "poor" Chinese that went to the mans room and left his bag/wallet on the table which he shared with the Thai lady.... next day was the Chinese taking the camera from the Spaniards and some time ago was that English guy returning the mobile phone..... wohow one has to keep track of all this crap.... did TAT wrote anything about the events? nope, it would look bad or very bad

What you've said is true, however, it was a man who held a British passport that was of Chinese decent ????
