I left some frozen marinated pork out accidently over night and refreezed it again, quite often. I have take frozen food

home from Makro and it was thawed quite a bit, I have frozen, thawed it, and eaten it with no problem, if there is no smell, will it be safe to eat?

Smell is not always a reliable indicator. You got away with it this time, the next time the dice are rolled they may come up snake-eyes.

I would suggest that because you left the pork out overnight then you should discard it. If you had defrosted it in the fridge at a temperature below 40F, then in theory it should be fine to refreeze and consume later.

If the food still contains ice crystals, then it should be safe to refreeze.
