Using Mozilla As A Browser

Featured Replies

Sorry, I mis-read that.

To open every new tab in firefox to a particular page you need the Tab Mix addon

Click Tools/Tab Mix Plus Options/Events/Tab Opening

In the "Load on New Tabs" dropdown box select "Home" if Google is your homepage.

Select "user location" and you can set it to whatever page you like.

Alternatively:

- Type your Google search into the Google search box on the upper right corner

- Hit Alt-Return

==> A new tab with the Google search results opens

:o

PS: this works for the address bar, too - hitting Alt-Return opens the address in a new tab. Cool, eh?

Sorry to distub U at this hour, BUT I just put in Camino, and find it faster than firefox, your meaning of Camino on new OSX tiger?

Thanx

I don't get to use OS X much, but the reviews I've heard about Camino are mixed. A lot of this just comes down to what you feel comfortable with. No big security issues with it that I know about.
