So how do you folks set up automatic transfers?  Etrade is my primary broker and bank but the only way they transfer funds internationally is by Wire, and one must submit a wire request form each time.  

using crypto or bitcoin is best.  You receive 99.999% of money sent.  No BS fees or conversions.
