Lifting Flashy's

Seen some lovely flash spash screens on the web, and would like to use them in a presentation for work (as sample whats happening in market). How to I copy a flash... when I right click on them, there is no save options like jpgs or pics.

any special software required ?

Depends on the browser you're using. If you Google Flashsave with Firefox or Maxthon you will come up with a solution. For Opera it means editing a js file.
