I received this e-mail today 26/5, claiming I had to take immediate action by 27/5 or lose the refund.

Clicking on the icons take you to a Lloyds bank sites.

Again fake, the listed contact numbers are not those of Lloyds bank.

I've forwarded this to [email protected] 

Beware and do the same if you receive similar.

HMRC will never contact you by e-mail about a tax refund.
