That is because we have all kinda developed the 1,000 yard stare when it comes to Thai Immigration...

"The time has come," the Walrus said,
   "To talk of many things:
Of shoes—and ships—and sealing-wax—
   Of cabbages—and kings—
And why the sea is boiling hot—
   And whether pigs have wings."

Shameless plagiarist, not citing the source.

This is where you stole it from:

The Walrus and the Carpenter

Lewis Carroll - 1832-1898

Seems like something of a victimless crime to me compared to all the assaults and robberies that go on in his area.

There have been plenty of people nude at Thailand beaches thru the years.

They are usually farang.

True, and they usually get publically shamed on social media and hunted down and fined by the police. Undermining Thai culture and morality, damaging the image of Thailand, and all that jazz. A nice comedy show.

Thai women are usually very shy in public, so it's not difficult to guess her profession. Perhaps she saw the advertising and decided to follow suit.

or it could just be mental illness or drugs.

I had a girl in a Cambodian bar doing that on the bar a month or so back.

She wasn't even attempting to get a bar fine or lady drink, only a  madman would have dared to take her home.

He was pictured with another official in daylight pointing at the kilometer marker in question. They were sure this was the place.

This storey appears to be from 2012. Also look at the top of the marker she is next to. Palms leaves or a tree can seen but disappears in the next photo of the guys pointing. Here's the 2012 article https://www.thairath.co.th/news/local/east/1581850

Even in the old article they think the picture is fake.

Yep, look like Daily rehashed an old story from 2012 here's anoth link https://www.thairath.co.th/news/local/east/1581516#cxrecs_s

They need to immortalize this pose with a statue. it is not fair only those of our generation are able to experience something as profound as that pose.
