True Free Sim Card In The Post

Featured Replies

I just received my monthly True bill and enclosed was a free 'SIM' card with all the explanations in a Stylistic Thai font that would take me ages to understand.

Can anybody advise whether there is a good deal here which I might be missing out on if I just dumped the card. My normal hand-phone service is 1-2-call and my true service is True Hispeed 256/128. (802.50 baht/month)

Thanks

use it instead of 1-2 call and you can register for superhighspeed internet services for almost double the published speed for about the same price. Or give it to me and I'll do it :o

Do you know if there is a time limit to accept this offer on the Sim card.

I assume that if I change to True mobile my number wil change and I will be billed direct i.e. no pre pay cards. And of course the scale of charges for the phone will be different to 1-2-call. Is that right?

Im not sure about your deal, surely it would have said something in the letter that came with it?

I suspect that its not going to be a pre-pay card system most likely it would be a post-pay account.

No additional information in English about this offer in the letter.

Has anybody else made the switch and can they recommend it?

Yeah, how's the True Move service work...prices, network availability...I got 2 of them in the past year and never used it

Anyone?

Someone sent me a free True SIM card too. It was a pre-pay and since True has no signal up here, I think my wife threw it away.

I got that too and thought first that it was a new smartcard for the UBC decoder :o

Never did anything with it.
