I like Prachuab Khirikhan.  It's smaller, less traffic, good restaurants, and near the sea.  Not really a tourist destination.

Really depends on their preferences as well as needs. Best spend a couple of weeks looking at areas you’ve predetermined might

fit you. 

 

I libe in NE in country and like it but it’s not for everyone with

limited foreignors / shops etc. Without a drive.

 

Do some prechecks on the internet and any questions post it

and some from specific area should reply
