salford
I have your basic 125cc bike and being a big farang when my wife is on the back it can be pretty unconfortable for her as our weight pushes the rear shockers pretty down , when we hit a pot hole or bump its hard on her , the other day we hit one going fairly fast and she hurt her back , so i thought i will get better shocks and see if it helps i purchased a new set they have much bigger springs and a hydrolic bottle on the side , the mechanic had to alter the frame and the fiberglass shell on the bike but he did an exelent job in an hour. Well it makes a huge difference now when i hit a bump i dont get that hard bang at all , and an added bonus is the bike handles so much better on rough roads and theres not that threat of loosing control when hitting a bump 3400 baht well spent , any other big guys out there might consider this option.I was also wondering if I make any other little changes , like are wider tyers possible? would better brakes be any real advantage , any opinions welcome
