one would need to be blind, deaf and dumb to not recognize a socialist agenda. the rule of law is about protecting all americans regardless of ethnicity, or religion. although their socialist states have largely failed i do have admiration for che guevara, a physician, and fidel castro, a lawyer as they were highly intelligent and highly educated and spoke with clarity.

Admiration for a couple of murderous thugs. The mind boggles at the nonsense that comes from leftists.

It is probable that they may love their country, but they want to help to make it better for their fellow citizens. No country is perfect you may have noted, some countries have obnoxious leaders, like yours for example. I would suggest though that since he picked on 4 colored women it should be a bit of a giveaway as a racist attack, even to Trump supporters, who they tell me tend to be a sandwich short of the full picnic.

BTW I misread your pseudonym first time, accidentally reversing the syllables, easily done. Might I humbly suggest that you could have chosen better, of course it's "Dam jai koon"

In America you would be branded a racist because you called them "colored women" instead of "women of color." That's how crazy it is in America. But of course they have every right to mock you as an "old white guy."

I don’t think Trump’s supporters are entirely clueless regarding his actions.

What he feeds them is hatred and cruelty. The more hatred he spews and the more cruelty he displays the more they support him.

Hatred and cruelty are the whole point of his Presidency and the whole reason for the support he receives.

Hence: Deplorables

Yes. But only if one didn’t read the entire post and simply took those two words completely out of context to make a pointless point about political correctness.

i am far from a leftist but i refer to utopian dreams that in theory sound wonderful though in reality and application have failed.

all i can say is that those who seem to make it their lifes work to bash and condemn the current president would be better served relocating to the united states and working closely with the democratic party to help insure the dem candidate will beat trump in 2020.  frankly all the ranting on thai visa forum (a relatively insignificant forum) seems like lots of effort and energy wasted.

Come the election I shall do precisely that.

It is somewhat odd that so many people that have moved to a much better country than America is rant hours a day about a country they don't even live in. It's almost like they aren't very happy where they are or something.

Well, an eight year old can understand it. Is that a plus in your book? Not especially sophisticated but I'll send the short bus round and see what the kids think.

i always thought misognny was the fermented soybean paste used for japan miso soup.

You seem oddly focused on those who bash Trump and entirely indifferent to those who bash Trump's opponents. I guess you hope that they stay put wherever they are because you're a lifelong Democrat?

That is going to be one helluva book/movie about this couple's life during these years.

Would be interesting to have a recording of their dinner conversations, or was her role to collect research for him??

I’m thinking Maine and supporting Sara Gideon’s challenge against Susan Collins.

Seeing Collins unseated would be a double pleasure.

Whereabouts in Maine? I have some land there. Yes a vote in Maine would be a really useful contribution to the dems. Especially as Maine splits it's vote anyway.

may i humbly ask if you place aoc into this category

keep in mind i am a lifelong democrat but a free thinker

Absolutely. I love her! Her politics are way too radical for me, but she is far, far smarter than Trump (an easy hurdle for sure) and she is also far more articulate than the bumbler. And she tells it like it is. How refreshing is that?

Any may I add she does not despise people of color, and is not hateful, a divider, and a source of inspiration for extremists.

considering where trumps intelligence is placed far more smarter does not mean too much. there are intelligent democrats for sure but based on what i have seen/heard of aoc, her ideas and her analysis and responses as well as comments personally have to say she is not too bright, photogenic yes.
