Sudden sickness, explosive vommiting

I experienced this a few weeks ago after eating a salad at a well known Salad Bar Chain.  I had eaten nothing for about 16 hours and was sick within an hour (or less) of eating the salad.  A lot of people don't realise that salad is often the cause of food poisoning.  I was fine after about 12 hours.


I used to really like their salads, but I won't be going back in a hurry!

It can be caused by a bowel blockage brought on by diverticulitis. Let's hope not.
