Interior minister puts all agencies on full alert

Interior Minister General Anupong Paochinda today (August 6) said he had instructed all agencies under his ministry to be on a full alert following the recent blasts in Bangkok.

 

Speaking to reporters at the Government House, Anupong said he instructed all agencies to monitor the situation closely and to prepare measures for guarding areas under their control.

 

He said agencies of the Interior Ministry agencies were instructed to work with other government agencies to protect various places throughout the capital city.

 

Anupong said the road cleaners of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration had also been instructed to be on alert for suspicious objects.

Yep know how you feel. A full alert from a Thai government minister must relate to his email alerts not working on "deposits"  into his offshore bank accounts.  Anything else is of no consequence to this bunch of !!!!!

Not me this article gave me such a fright I now have a suspicious object in my underpants!

they did some 5 years ago, some 10k clear plastic bins, each some $60. There were 2 put on the pavement near my home, where there are no pedestrians at all, only motorists. Within a month they disappeared in my neighbour garden as a water container.

in town they were seen for several months and desintagrated  

The bombers would be easy to recognize. They would be the only one's utilizing the trash bins.

Wait when they alert police that your car looks suspicious - they will bring a tank to manage the risk.

 

Just ask those poor people who tried to safe money by taking train and parking their motos at the free Hua Hin train station parking.
