The pro-Hamas, I mean pro-Palestinian, students did NOT protest when Hamas attacked Israeli civilians on Oct. 7, killing children, the elderly, burning houses, raping women, etc. On the contrary, many pro-Palestinians praised or at least excused the attacks as "resistance.". And as @Nick Carter icp noted, there are several conflicts in the world involving disputes over territory that have caused more death, destruction and displacement than the Gaza war. Millions have died in Sudan and the Congo and tens of millions have been displaced, but the level of protest in the West is miniscule compared with anti-Israel protests. When was the last time you heard of a protest against civil war and the massacre of civilians in Sudan or elsewhere in Africa? -

It is encouraging to see such a great percentage of Trump-haters are Hamas supporters. Unlike the EU, in the US one’s thoughts and speech are protected. But when speech and thoughts lead to action, the actions are not protected. You are free to speak in unrestricted areas, but you are not free to compel others to listen. -

I think hes referring to the fact that the Euros impose protectionist rules on product names so Champagne can only be made in France and that we have an agreement that only French Champagne can be called Champagne, except Korbel and Cooks, which are American Champagnes and labeled as such, but if it has bubbles, most folks call it Champagne here, so this topic is probably the stupidest example of Trump hate ever seen here and thats saying a lot. https://cookschampagne.com/ -
