Two men suspected of involvement in the Bangkok bombing spree earlier this month have been transferred to the capital after they were detained by police in the South.

On Tuesday police flew the pair to Bangkok, where they are in custody at Pathum Wan police station.

The two are suspects in the series of small blasts and fires in Bangkok on August 1 and 2.

Lu-ai Zae -Ngae, 22, and Vidal Maha, 29, from Narathiwat province are accused of placing bombs in front of Police Headquarters in Bangkok. They were arrested in Chumphon province before being transferred to Yala province for interrogation.

Authorities have linked the bombings with the southern insurgency.

Terrorism... a clear sign something is going wrong. Though I despise it, I would like to know the real roots of these guys actions are and not what the mainstream media will tell us is the reason.

A sure sign all is not peachy in Heaven.

Let us all hope that no Isis or Al quiada trained fighters, went from the south to Syria /Iraq and have returned, not only could that radicalise what has until now been a mostly nationalist movement if any of these guys know how to make a real bomb well it does not bear thinking about, watch some of the car/truck bombs from Syria go off, some of them are incredibly powerful.

Something very amiss with that theory. Terrorists very rarely place bombs with the power of a firework
