Anybody would happen to have email of a non-brainless, preferably farang, contact in roojai?

 

Have difficulty to communicate with customer service about an issue so wonder if could settle off line.

No but I am beginning to wonder if "issues" are the norm with them. I used their calculator yesterday for a quote but wanted to know who the policy was through so unfortunately had to ring them. I also queried something on one of the drop downs to do with model and the lady said she would have to get back to me - so I told her to use the email which she said she would do. 

I never received an email but someone tried to call me later yesterday which I missed. Still no email so no chance of business from me at the moment.  

Indeed seems they've got their quota full now as interest for new biz seems low...
