U.S. House to launch Trump impeachment inquiry over Ukraine controversy

The Ukraine affair is a nothing burger for Trump but it's got a whole lot of meat for Biden.
You wish and anyway Biden is not subject to an Impeachment inquiry as at this point he is just a private citizen. I get the fame the "trump" fans are playing though. Deflect deflect deflect.

So here we are, again. Trump supporters are doing their thing as are the Trump critics. No one's mind will be changed. People only listen to those on their "side."  Maybe Trump will be impeached, maybe he won't.

I believe there is one thing we ALL can agree on - this man has been THE most divisive president in our lifetimes. The internet is drenched with vitriol, folks from both camps are opposed to the point that bitter hatred is now common. Whether or not Trump is impeached, the biggest problem will still be here, wriggling on the dining room table with the stench of death all about it until we learn to take a step back and remember we really are in this together.

Biden's guilt or innocence has litle or nothing to do with trump's actions

I get it why those on the right might want to talk about Biden instead of trump but this thread is about trump. If you all want to talk about Biden you should start a Bident thread.

If there is enough evidence that  Bident or his Son did anything wrong they should be investigated and prosecuted, and should be a totally separate issue.

The unfounded accusations are about the "Ukraine Controversy" ,which include Intel, dems, gop,Mr. Trump and the biden's. Stay tuned to the investigations

As much as you might want them to be ,No they are not!!!

What Bident or his son did has nothing  to do with what trump did or did not do.

So when Giuliani was digging up dirt on Biden in Ukraine was Giuliani acting in a personal capacity as Donald's lawyer or was he acting on behalf of the State Department?

It seems like no one can get their act together on this simple question. Giuliani has contradicted himself on this issue as well.

Giuliani claims he only got involved in Ukraine after the State Department asked him to, because he would be better at it than the FBI

Per Giuliani...

Quote

"I never talked to an Ukrainian official until the State Department called me and asked me to do it," he told Ingraham. "And then I reported to every conversation back to them."

Per the State Department..

Quote

But the State Department then said in a statement to The Hill: "Mr. Giuliani is a private citizen and acts in a personal capacity as a lawyer for President Trump. He does not speak on behalf of the U.S. Government."

What an absolute clown show. They can't even keep their own "facts" straight.

I'm not a Trump supporter.  Neither am I a Dem or Republican.  If I had my way I would disband all political parties.  They exist for one reason and one reason only . . . to consolidate power.

And I agree, we are in this together.  Unfortunately, the reality is that there are people who think for themselves and there are people who have others do the thinking for them.  Perhaps one day we'll have a world where every man and woman thinks for his or herself.  Where they don't blindly accept the information they're fed by others who have no altruistic intentions.  I'm not holding my breath, though.

What connects these two separate issues is that Biden actually did what the Dems are accusing Trump of doing.  The hypocrisy is so blatant that it can't be ignored by those people who refuse to be played.

He claimed Manafort was convicted of things that had to do with the 2016 campaign.

That is 100 percent false.

Untrue.

It's a 100 percent prevarication.

No, he didn't. If he did then prove it.

Put up or.....

I'm sure you can back that assertion up with facts?

Folks, don't you also think that most probably the Dem. candidates other than Biden are really unhappy about this development ? I am saying this because even if this impeachment stuff doesn't get anywhere, all this will help sustain (and maybe even increase) Biden's popularity (as you know, he has had the lead in the Dem. polls for quite some time) due to him being seen as sort of a victim.

Becker, he admitted it and it's on tape so I'm a bit shocked you would ask for evidence.

Now we can argue all day about the specific reasons why he had the prosecutor fired.  There's an "official" version which is being sold out on the market for those willing to buy into it.  But anybody who knows anything about politics knows that there are "official" versions of any given event and then there's the truth.   The gullible will buy the "official" version and be quite satisfied to repeat it endlessly whilst those who aren't so trusting, especially of politicians who are gifted in the art of deception, will be looking past the "official" version with a long list of questions (most of which will never be answered).

Some of these question will be answered when Biden his son and his cronies are called in front of Congress.

It doesn't work that way.  Perhaps, in Communist China it works this way, but in most of the free world it does not.  I don't have to prove he is lying.  I didn't make the assertion that Manafort was indicted on crimes linked to the 2016 campaign.  He did.

It is up to him to prove his words.  He cannot.

I think that is evidenced.

Another #Fakenews claim by the ill informed.

While I agree these accusations against Trump are nothing to do with Biden, there is however a Biden question that has been answered.

Trump and his supporters have been telling us Biden is all things not Presidential material, a sure looser against Trump.

And yet here we are, Trump’s fear of Biden driving him to commit impeachable crimes.

Biden is a criminal waiting to be indicted.  Watch his campaign go poof.

We are used to it. It's a predictable cheap trick that eventually will stop working. Biden isn't under threat of impeachment. "trump" is.

You have nothing to back up your accusations for the last 2 years Biden has already admited to his crimes.
