libya 115 Posted March 26, 2007 Share Posted March 26, 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya People: March 26th 2007 Porn Film Victim in Pattaya A woman reported to the Pattaya Police at 00.30 am on 26th March that a foreigner recorded having sex with her friend on video and requested the police to go inspect a room at Opal Apartment located on Central Pattaya Road. When the police knocked on the door, a foreigner answered. His name was later found to be Mr. Graham Elliott, aged 52, an Irish national. Inside the room police found Mrs. Maliwan, aged 40, claiming that she came to this room to sleep with Mr. Elliott. When she went to the bathroom she noticed a video camera near the bed. She immediately called her friend to ask for advice who told her to ask for assistance from the police, which was what she did. However, according to the woman, Mr. Graham had already noticed that she knew about the camera and deleted any evidence. The police inspected to find no evidence of what the lady claimed but did seize the computer and camera to take to professionals to retrieve the evidence if there indeed was any. Making a little extra income on the side? A divorced or widowed Thai woman has to take extra steps to recover the "Miss", and if her husband has simply run off, she can't do so at all. A bizarre case now from Pattaya Police Station overseen by Police Colonel Sutin, the Chief of Pattaya Police. It begins with a complaint made by Khun Mareewan aged 40 who works in a bar in Central Pattaya. Just after midnight she was taken from the bar by Mr. Graham Elliott aged 52 from Glasgow in Scotland. The pair went back to his room at the Opal Apartments in Central Pattaya with the intention of engaging in sexual intercourse. In the room, Khun Mareewan noticed two cameras were set up around the bed which was connected to a Laptop which appeared to be closed. Initially she thought nothing of it and the pair initiated sex. She noticed that Mr. Elliott was paying particular attention to the position of the pair on the bed in relation to the cameras. At this point, Khun Mareewan stopped and opened the laptop screen and despite her limited knowledge of computers, saw what she thought was a live webcam broadcast of the room. The pair got into an argument and Khun Mareewan demanded payment for her services which was not forthcoming. At this point, Mr. Elliott called his son who arrived and was seen to delete items from the computer. At this point the Police were called and Mr. Elliott and his son, Mr. Craig Graham Elliott aged 22 from Northern Ireland were arrested and taken to Pattaya Police Station along with Khun Mareewan. I know you should explain the facts of life to your kids, but this is surely taking it a bit too far.BB I've always found it odd that in cases like this, they seem to ignore the fact that an illegal act (prostitution) was taking place, yet will search a computer for porno pics and if they find any, charge the guy with being in the possession of pornography ! There was a story a couple years ago about that. Guy paid a girl to let him take pics of them having sex. Afterwards he gave her less than the agreed upon amount. She got her boyfriend to come back and beat the guy up. The cops were called, and from what I remember, they ended up charging the farang because they found porno on his computer ! No word about her being charged with prostitution, or her b/f being charged with assualt ! What would they do if they found a copy of the Thai version of Playboy or Penthouse in your home/room ?
