For most things (like checking for a dose) I would advise a hospital. I use the one on Soi Buakhao for basic tests. Clinics are pretty useless, it they do find something and you need treatment, a clinic is guaranteed to administer the wrong treatment, but OK for health certs for driving licence etc.

On my last visit I did a comprehensive health check at the Memorial Hospital.

Was quite satisfied with the service and not excessively overpriced.

Loma Clinic naklua, main road, just past soi 27, on your right.

 

soi bukhao clinic, on the left, do not know exact location.

If it's for gonorrhea you have to hit the right one. 

No matter what it is, they will find a reason to sell you a bunch of pills.  I think that's a clinics main objective.
