went to sign in yesterday Soi 5 IMM got here at 3pm was all done in less than 5 minutes....no mention of TM 30/28 and nothing about letter from bank for money....!! now go again before end Jan 2020.....

The annuals are so simple and quick from my experience.

They have requested a full copy of my rental contract with a photo, phone number, and signature of the landlord.  No problem I always have all of it.

Took me a total of less then an hour including wait time and multi-entry.

Have never ever asked for TM anything.

it is easy been here ten yrs nver had problems signing in, except for one time been late got fined 2 k I NEVER LET THAT happen again.....2k better in my pocket !!!
