I have  ;

DDproperty https://www.ddproperty.com/en

Hipflat https://www.hipflat.com/

Fazwaz https://www.fazwaz.com/ - nice site but far less comprehsive than the above 2

Siam Real Estate https://www.siamrealestate.com/ less than Fazwaz

https://www.thailand-property.net/buy - the following two are roughly the same at first glance and seemingly the bottom of the list.

OH for the UK's Rightmove it blows all of these out of the water and has great tools to see sold prices and the like. But hey-ho TIT.

I like the first two as I can see a list of condos that are in the block we want to buy. Currently have studio there. Are there any other sites that I should be aware of and would it be fair to say that most condos  (Jomtien) will list on either or both of these sites.

I am of course aware of adverts on the condo bulletin board , on site mini mart - in fact we bought our studio from one such listing.

On ddproperty I can set up email alerts for new listing as the are loaded - I can't see this functionally on hipflat - does anyone know if it in fact does ?

Finally I like to use google advanced search to search within the sites using a variety of parameters. Does anybody know if I can set up email alerts using these parameters ?

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can suggest.

Thanks - I was the first person in my office to discover google back in 1999 when everyone else was using Ask Jeeves and the like. We've been best mates ever since !

I always use DD as the search function in the other sites really horrible and is the page layout and sorting.
