Looking for hematologist to treat DVT..deep vein thrombosis

Featured Replies

My son of 30 is currently in Bkk Hosp Hua Hin being treated for DVT in both legs. I’d like to get him to Bkk asap to get him looked at by a qualified hematologist.

Any recommendations at Bumrungrad or any other of the private hospitals.

TIA

Maybe a vascular surgeon would be a better choice.  I’m not sure

Yes, you need a vascular specialist not hematologist.

Suggest Assoc. Prof. Khamin Chinsakchai

He can be seen at Siriraj hospital private wing

http://www.siphhospital.com/en/home

or at Samitivej Hospital

Siriraj is a good 1-2 hours closer coming up from Hua Hin as it is on the Thonburi side of the river. Samitivej is in the Sukhumvit area of bangkok. Cists more but aklso more English spoken,
