What sort of problem? They tend to have sub specialties i.e. some do head & neck surgery, some treat vertigo etc, some focus on allergies etc

And are you set on Pattaya or would you be willing to travel to Bangkok )might or might nto be advisable, depends on your problem),

For a sinus problem, especially one thatother doctors have not been successful in addressing/diagnosing, I really recommend you go to Bangkok .

Recommend  Prof. Songklot Aeumjaturapat. He can be seen at St Louis Hospital Sundays *:3-0 - 4 PM and Thursday evenings, 5:30 - 7:30 PM  no appointment needed but arrive a bit early to get in the queue. Cost of consultation likely around 1000  - 1500baht. He can also be seen at Bangkok Hospital on Saturdays (Bangkok Hospital Bangkok, not Bangkok Pattaya Hospital)  but will cost more there e..g. 1500 - 2000.

Don't buy meds at theh ospital, get the name and dose and buy at a pharmacy
