Extend validity of old AIS card

Featured Replies

I was on vacation in Thailand earlier this year and have an AIS card that was registered before Feb 19 that I would like to save and use again later for my next vacation. With my last top up I extended the validity to the maximum available time. Unfortunately I forgot to activate the sim to use it outside of Thailand so I can't access my AIS app now and check the expiration date bc you need an OTB to log in. I also don't remember the expiration date and forgot to make a note.

Is there a way to check the expiration date somehow now besides the app and a possibility to maybe top it up from Europe and extend the validity?

If you really did max out the validity it should be 12 months from your last top up date.

Without the app you're going to struggle to top it up remotely.

Do you have anyone here who could do it for you from one of the machines? Or you could send them the SIM so they could enable roaming and put some credit on too.

You could try calling the AiS help line, they may be able to turn on roaming for you.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Can someone explain the expiry date thing.  I have the myAIS app.  Where can I check if my sim has expired?
