Maybe she is talking about the girls that get on PornHub and do videos. You can rate them on there, I think. Trust, me I know. But probably some apps that can live stream, sure.

anyway it's seems a good idea but in fact it's a very bad one

on a punter forum, the  girls was rated sometimes with photos

and reports was written by the gentlemen who had spent time and money with the girls. 

 

Unfortunately some of the forum members have tried to use it at their advantages and 

have given to the concerned girls the reports to read, with the hope to appear in the eyes

of the girl like the ''good one'' on the girl side, and not the bad one who, for some reasons, had low rated the girl.

Others have tried to require from the girls some practice or acts reserved at some privilegied member, arguing ''I have read that you do it for xxx, so you can do it for me also''

 

Everything has endend in a lot of problems for everyone

and the forum is now pretty dead
