Featured Replies

Hello i need to get one those white masks you see people wearing.

I've tried chemists but no avail.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Those cheap white masks do SFA, may as well use a handkerchief .

proper masks are costly and not good in the heat. I see so many Asians wearing those cheap masks, totally useless, I work in the health safety end of construction trades in the oil gas industry and deal with these on a regular basis.

you need at least a N95 mask. 3M makes them. look in Homepro in the paint dept.

OR maybe on Lazada.

Homepro or most other home stores.

Here I bought some N95 at Global.

And DON'T think that these "nurse" health masks have any use for particulate matter pollution.

That's what you often see people wearing.

Regular face masks don’t protect well against outside pollutants and infectants. They are designed to prevent the wearer from spreading his or her germs to others.

If you want to be protected from the outside you need a gas mask or at least a mask with a decent fit around your face that’s fitted with a filter.

I bought a load online from Lazada. Homepro and Fascino have them too.

Fascino on Pattaya Tai across from Wat Chaimongkron has some 3M 88xx (something) masks that look like the 88xx (something else) N95 mask I got from Lazada, 10 for 660. Fascino sells its masks for 70 baht. Try for the discount.

The DIY shop in Avenue Pattaya has great masks, filter for air, paint, PM 2.5. 7 or 8 Baht various colours.

Any of the many branches of Mr DIY stock a good selection of these types of masks.

Why bother. I laugh when I see people walking around with them. They look ridiculas.

I'm sure I've seen in Soi#6 or was it from a Cambodian cutie down Walking Street. OMG my mind is just a blur today.????????????

I once bought the cheap ones from a pharmacy in soi 4, Jomtien. I used to hand them out to the various ladies who were dusting and sweeping up at the guest house I stayed in.

I dunno, stops the girls yelling out my name when I ride down Soi Pothole; mostly.

It doesn't look ridiculous to me!

Checkout Ultrarmour Face Mask from Harissons Bags. They are certified by the government and claim to reduce the contraction up to 99%

Where is the shop in Pattaya?
