Mr. DIY sells two types of adjustable dumbbells.  One for under 600 baht and other for under 800 baht.  Problem is that the biggest plate is 3 kg or 6 lb.  Total weight of one dumbbell is about 10 kg.

 

In one corner of the parking space behind Big C Extra is a vendor selling machines and weights.  Limited selection and no individual plates. 

 

Central Festival mall, 2nd floor, sports store sells an expensive adjustable dumbbell, maybe 15 kg.

 

I tried online, shopee and lazada.  The first was in Thai.  The second had offerings of 10 kg dumbbells.

 

Gyms and condos with exercise room have the fixed type of dumbbells.  I need adjustable.  Being optimistic that I will get stronger.

 

Any suggestion on where I can buy adjustable dumbbells and/or plates for dumbbells in Pattaya? 

 

I am also interested in buying a curl bar.
