joninisaan
Hey Everyone, I have a 90 day border hop coming up next week. I forgot, do I have to report to my local immigration office to let them know I'll be leaving the country for my border hop? Also, question applies when I come back. Thanks in advance
ubonjoe
There is no reporting to immigration you are leaving the country in existence. On possibley a TM30 report when you enter the country.
joninisaan
Thanks for your response @ubonjoe. Really appreciate it. Upon entering back into Thailand, that TM30 report you’re referring to is the one done at the border crossing right?

What are consequences if he does nothing. Just curious.

I do nothing and nothing ever happens. Maybe because you pass through immigration on the way back into the country so they know you are back. (passing thru immigration means Jack Sh#@) ur immigration.......??? fine is 800-2,000 baht sure you can do nothing, BUT when you next visit ur immigration office for a 90 day report, re entry permit, certificate of residency or ur yearly extensions they will check to see if you reported.
