Systral is in same family of drugs.

 

Whether these will help depends a lot on what is causing the itch. If it is a fungal infection then you really need to treat the cause.

Try laying down for a few minutes before you take them off.

 

Using a little lotion after shower helps as well, but you probably already tried this.
