I am on a non o multi entry based on marraige visa from Savannakhet. UK citizen and work offshore. Thats why the visa suits me. 28 days in country and 28 out of country. My current visa expires 21 Jan. I will be overseas from the 15th Jan until 15 Feb. I then go to Savannakhet 17 Feb for a few days to renew my non O. Will I have any issues re entering Thailand as my non O will have expired? Thanks.

I see no reason for you to have a problem entering visa exempt in February.

If you wanted to you could do a border hop for a new 90 day entry and get a re-entry permit to keep the remainder of it valid when you enter the country in February using it.

OP, just interested, have you been advised against just entering visa exempt each visit. With the one month between stays.  Is using VE,s a no no?

I will probably just come in VE. It will only be the second time in 2yrs. I will also make them aware I will leave for Savan in 2 days. When entering I was stamped until March. Will the stamp be void after leaving on 15 Jan?

I have always tried to stick to the visa rules. I have been questioned before I was married about using the visa exempt too many times. I was classified as living here and not here on holiday.

Yes unless you get a re-entry permit to keep it valid when entering the country.
