After 3 continuous years of extensions you may apply for permanency. Permanency is not part of rhe investment package.

So what you mean is I need to apply first for a 1 year non-Immigrant Visa (Investment) for me and my family...

Is this 1 year visa automatically granted with the investment (and for the whole family)?

and more important question is it automatically reconducted (provided that I keep the ownership of the condo)? (for instance is it required to spend a minimum of time/year in the kingdom? or additional deposit/year...)
