Puff Pastry.

Featured Replies

Anyone know where you can get puff pastry in Thailand? I know Makro used to have it, but their stores near me

don't seem to have it any more.

Don't know where you are, but Tops in Pattaya Central Festival Plaza certainly stocked it when I last looked, albeit that was over 12 months ago. You could always make your own of course, not that difficult, except you need to ensure that the the prep area is cool, preferably air coned /fans and below 25 degrees  and that the utensils are chilled, but it can be done.

La Boulange at the third road

https://g.page/LaBoulangePattaya?share

makes puff pastry and much more on order.

Order one kilo or 2 x 500 g, It will be rolled and packed.

Take along a cool bag to transport it home, or it would melt rather soon ...

Macro just outside Korat sells it frozen along with marinated pork mince which make really nice sausage rolls.
