You'll share this VERY big (150 sq-m) western-designed, 7th-floor condo on Sukhumvit Soi 8, less than a 1 minute walk from Nana BTS/Skytrain station! Very convenient and accommodating place on a safe street.

Shared condo with professional, friendly, easy-going, and fun females and males in 20s-30s of Australian, American, and Thai origin. We work in tv/film, audio, web, and massage.

This spotlessly-clean condo is designed with an American/European look and feel and is very light and has a great breeze throughout. Modern western-style bathrooms include a large hot-water shower. All rooms (bedrooms, living room, laundry area) have balconies with outdoor furniture and a great view of BTS and urban Bangkok from the 7th floor (great breeze). Our laundry is a new front-loading washing machine—works great and includes hot-water option!

Great place for entertaining with large dining room table in a big room and an accommodating, nice-sized kitchen with a full-gas stove and oven, microwave, and new refrigerator.

Living room includes air conditioning, TV, DVD/VCD player, and gold-level UBC cable with HBO and Cinemax. Fantastic balcony view! We have high-speed (3Mbps) DSL Wi-Fi internet. We have twice-a-week maid/cleaning service for the whole house.

Building includes swimming pool, wooden sauna room, and car-park...even a ping-pong table!

Nana BTS Skytrain is less than a one-minute walk, and the Sukhumvit MRT Subway/Asok BTS Skytrain stations are an easy five-minute or less walk from here.

Walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, grocery shopping (2 minute walk to large grocery store), really nice garden park great for relaxing/walking/jogging. 7-Eleven is fifteen seconds from our building and very nice coffeehouse is at end of block. Walk to neighborhood restaurants that include many, many Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, German, Indian, Middle-Eastern, American (from Tony Roma to Subway, McDonalds, KFC and Dairy Queen), and Thai, of course. Grocers includes Villa, Food Land, and Tops (includes a food court).. Department store includes Robinson's. Three bookstores are nearby. Two mid-sized shopping malls are within walking distance. Cinemas are two Skytrain stops in either direction, bowling is three stops. Lots of dancing, cocktails, nightclubs, bars, pool/billiards. Massage, haircut/styling, banks, language-learning, and other services all over the neighborhood and can be reached on foot.

This is a fantastic neighborhood with lots of people to see and things to do!

SERVICES: Electricity, water, cable, high-speed wi-fi True DSL internet (3Mbps), maid service. Cost averages 2000-3000 baht/month depending on air conditioning consumption.
