I don't miss anything yet because I split my time between the US and Thailand, but I am retiring in the next couple of months , in fact I have already stopped working but have not submitted my papers yet. But as soon as my retirement is finalised I want to , at least for a few years live in Thailand full time, and I am sure there are a few things I will miss about the US and my home state of Florida in particular.

I will miss rule of law. Going to a particular government agency and the rules are everywhere the same.Miss all the restaurants, the shopping, and ofcourse I will miss being fluent in the language of where I live, and depending on my wife.
