All I saw in that 51 second selectively edited clip was 2x normal members of the public (ie not used to public speaking) struggling to project themselves during what must have seemed like a rugby scrum. I don't believe it was edited - it was recorded last night from BBC coverage of a leave event. While the noise may have been a distraction, they weren't hindered from expressing themselves, nor were they mocked or belittled.

Without seeing the footage for'ard or 'aft it isn't possible to assess the situation as fully as you'd have us believe. They were asked a question and they responded. The context of the interview is clear and, from what we see of the interviewer, she was courteous and objective. I continue to fail to see why you are so outraged. Similarly, I fail to see the relevance with your suggested equivalency.
vinny41
I have heard people say that they don’t begin to understand how I could defend Brexit whilst living in Spain. This sort of attitude is what explains the long-running series of reports on British TV, where liberal journalists snickeringly interview British ex-pats who live on, say, the Costa del Sol and voted to leave the EU. https://www.thelocal.es/20200129/opinion-im-a-brit-living-in-madrid-and-im-a-brexiteer
