no i am staying home as much as possible and avoiding contact with everyone as should everyone else. 

that is the way to stop the virus. 

i stocked up weeks ago and just running out for take away food and home delivery.

And on what evidence do you base that generalisation? I shower, always have done always will. I imagine it is difficult for some tourists to shower when they are on day trips and excursions but that is life. The majority will shower as soon as they return to their accommodation.
