Let the virus spread and face a very high death rate. No matter what Thailand will be economically destroyed by this. This is going to take months to get over and many will die. Forget about the hot climate will prevent (your body temperature which is essentially for the virus remains 37 Celsius in hot or cold weather), mask will prevent (they are only really helpful if you are infected not to spray the virus), there are medication's available (those are only tested and might help or might not).
